Many developers won't move from Javascript to Typescript

It's usual that some programming languages come and go/die/ or people leave and replace them with new one, what will happen to javascript world if Typescript goes on better than it is Will Typescript kill Javascript completely or they will work together What can both typescript and javascript do better?
